Erick is the Co-Founder and CTO of TriPulse. A seasoned programmer with over 15 years of experience in software development and over a decade of experience in leading diverse programming teams. He’s a highly skilled technologist with a strong foundation in leading platforms and languages gained through advanced studies, personal interests and hands-on roles as a programmer, technical lead, and main architect for B2B solutions for a wide range of businesses from across the globe, to include the U.S., England, Spain, Turkey, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
Throughout his career, Erick has consistently delivered top-tier software solutions while adhering to deadlines and budgets due to his unique talent of combining deep technical understanding and relentless pragmatism. He firmly believes in building strong client relationships based on mutual success. As Erick often says, “When our clients win, we win.”

Tom led finance and digital transformation teams in multiple operating companies often taking their performance from mediocre to best-in-class. He architected and implemented numerous solutions that optimized and automated distribution processes from procurement to sales. He also built a digital-first distribution company from the ground up, achieving record-breaking sales growth, exceptional customer service KPIs, and top search engine rankings.
